Vaughan founded CENTRI in 2010 with a vision to deliver technology that helps to secure enterprise data and to improve network efficiencies. As the CEO and president, Vaughan is responsible for the company vision, strategic direction, planning and execution. Throughout his career, Mr. Emery has developed key business relationships with enterprises, OEMs and technology partners within the US, Asia and Europe. Vaughan’s career spans more than 20 years in leadership roles of early stage companies.
Mike is the CTO & vice president of engineering at CENTRI, responsible for the continued development of the company’s optimization and bandwidth management solutions. Mike brings tremendous depth and experience leading teams that build market-leading products, and his strong customer focus is one of the keys to the continued growth of CENTRI. Prior to CENTRI, Mike was the director of engineering and architecture at SNAPin Software (acquired by Nuance) defining and architecting mobile self-service solutions. At CENTRI, Mike heads up a team of highly productive software engineers to design and develop innovative, enterprise-grade solutions. Past organizational affiliations include Qpass (acquired by Amdocs) and Cobalt.
As Chief Scientist, Luis oversees CENTRI’s research and focuses on the company’s core technologies, with an emphasis on how it can be applied to emerging markets like machine-to-machine (M2M) and the “Internet of Things”. Prior to joining CENTRI, Luis was an associate professor at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology for seven years. Luis has an exhaustive history focused on teaching, learning and innovating with the goal of making the connected experience smarter, faster and more efficient.
As Sr. Director, Enterprise Sales, Carl is responsible for enterprise sales and strategy, focused on financial services. Carl is an entrepreneurial sales executive with over 15 years experience in penetrating large financial companies, establishing executive level relationships, negotiating complex multimillion dollar deals and generating explosive revenue growth. His previous positions included Managing Partner of an ultra-low latency, RF (radio frequency), FCC licensed trading network between Chicago and New Jersey. Previously, in his role as Regional VP of Global Sales, Carl managed a strategic and hyper-tactical financial services sales team that accounted for $22MM monthly recurring revenue (23% of company sales).
James is the Director of Marketing at CENTRI and in this role he has responsibility for all marketing strategy and execution worldwide. Mr. Salter brings nearly 20 years of marketing experience across various B2B software and technology industries. Prior to this role he most recently served in the embedded devices and IoT space as Director of Marketing at BSQUARE Corporation from January 2013 to February 2015, and Marketing Director, Mobile & Connected Devices at Symphony Teleca (now HARMAN) from November 2010 to December 2012. Other roles with enterprise software firms included Sr. Industry Marketing Manager at Microsoft Corp for the U.S. subsidiary, Marketing Manager, Mid-Market Verticals at Microsoft Canada and National Marketing Manager at Navision Canada. James holds a Master of Business Administration in Global Marketing Management from City University of Seattle and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications & Psychology from York University, Toronto, Canada.
