Mr. Emery priviously founded mForce Mobile, a mobile entertainment content delivery company with customers in the largest markets in Asia. Prior to mForce, he was the CEO of Flytrap Security, a mobile security technology company which develops advanced malware security filter solutions for mobile phones and embedded devices. Early in his career, Mr. Emery worked as an analyst within the semiconductor industry - where that influence carries over to the Company's embedded strategies.
Mr. Mackey has extensive experience leading highly productive software engineering teams in the mobile and web services space. Previously he was Director of Engineering & Architecture for Nuance Communications in their Mobile Care division (formerly SNAPin) building and deploying mobile self-service applications. Prior to Nuance, Mr. Mackey managed development and quality assurance efforts at Amdocs (formerly Qpass) and Cobalt.
Shannon Swift, HR Consultant
Mrs. Swift is the CEO of Swift HR Solutions, Inc., a provider of strategic HR services and products for early stage companies. Shannon has more than twenty years of human resources experience, combined with successful executive level management and business development roles. She has held the top senior HR positions at GoAhead Software, Nastech Pharmaceutical, and Health Team Northwest. She has also held senior level roles in outsourcing firms TriNet VCO and PMSI.
Dr. Paris is the main inventor of the patented technology used in the company's data acceleration solution. He is also an Associate Professor of Computer Science. Dr. Paris brings more than 10 years of insight and knowledge from both the software and hardware industries. He has worked as an electronics engineer and software developer for a variety of projects ranging from insect detection software for the Pocket PC to antivirus software for DOS and Windows.
Mr. Winslow is a consulting CFO to a range of companies in the Seattle area. He was previously the CFO for SeaMobile, a global VSAT satellite communications company. Prior to SeaMobile he spent ten years in various roles with Western Wireless Corporation, which was acquired by Alltel in 2005. Mr. Winslow started his career at Arthur Andersen.
Bob brings over 20 years of senior leadership experience in the telecommunications industry. He joined the founder and venture capital investors in 2005 to build and operate SNAPin Software until it was acquired by Nuance Communications in October 2008. Prior to SNAPin, Bob was the SVP, International Joint Venture Operations for AT&T Wireless, where he managed the global M&A efforts as well as $3+ billion in minority equity investments. Bob sat on the board, as a director, of six international joint venture mobile operators

Merrill Dean
Mr. Dean has broad worldwide business experience as a key executive at companies such as: The Walt Disney Company, where he served as President of the Music Division and Global Publishing; Televisa International Marketing Group Inc. as the President and CEO; and most recently, dMarc Broadcasting Inc. (purchased by Google Inc. in January 2006 for a value of approximately $1.2 Billion), as President/International.
Mr. Kolstad works closely with select growth-stage companies, and is currently the Managing Director of an import/export company with headquarters in the US and China. He has been an active angel and institutional investor for the past 10 years, and has been responsible for securing seed capital for numerous high tech companies including dMarc Broadcasting (purchased by Google Inc. in January 2006); 2Can Media, which merged with AdSmart Inc., a CMGI company in March of 1999, Adforce Inc. IPO 1999.
Christoper (CJ) Oates
Mr. Oates is currently the Managing Director of RimLight, LLC, a privately held, actively managed investment fund that applies deep experience and specialized investment expertise across a variety of public and private investment strategies. Oates serves as the Chairman of O2K Worldwide Management Group and a Director and/or an active Advisory Board Member for a variety of companies in the media, mobile, energy, education, and food/beverage sectors. He is a Member of the Board of Trustees of the John G. Shedd Aquarium and serves on the advisory board of the Rand Corporation's Center for Middle East public policy.
M. Wayne Wisehart
He has more than 30 years of experience in finance and operations, with more than 15 years in the telecommunications industry. Mr. Wisehart most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer of aQuantive, Inc., a global digital marketing services company, which was acquired by Microsoft in July 2007. Prior to aQuantive, he served as CFO of Western Wireless Corporation, a cellular phone service provider, acquired by Alltel in August 2005. Mr. Wisehart also served as the CFO of iNNERHOST, Inc., a Web hosting services company.

Mr. Rosen has extensive experience as an investor and advisor to early-stage technology companies. Previously he was founding Managing Partner of Frazier Technology Ventures where he specialized in communications and software sectors. Mr. Rosen was General Manager at Microsoft, from 1997 through 2000, where he was responsible for driving the company's new technology needs. Prior to Microsoft, he was VP and General Manager of Consumer Interactive Services at AT&T for 15 year.
Rob Strickland
Mr. Strickland brings more than 25 years of business and technology experience to the Company's sales, strategic partnership, marketing, and finance operations. Prior to joining the Board, Rob held the position of Senior VP and CIO at T-Mobile USA, the U.S. wireless operation of Deutsche Telekom AG. Rob was identified as one of the "Premier 100 IT Leaders" by Computerworld Magazine in 2008 and was also recognized by CIO Magazine for delivering outstanding innovation with T-Mobile's Enterprise IT team in 2009.
